We are committed to shipping orders within 24 hours whenever possible.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed the next business day.
During high-volume periods, shipping may take slightly longer. If there is a delay with your order, we will communicate clearly and promptly.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, destination, and shipping method selected for your order.
Because many of our products come from liquidation, resale, open-box, or discounted inventory, item packaging may vary. We always do our best to pack items securely and responsibly.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Dollar Dibs is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help before the order ships.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and handling are managed by the carrier.
If your package appears delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number. You may also contact us, and we will help where we can.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
To help us review the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We believe in honest representation and fair service, so we will review the situation and work toward a reasonable solution.
Local Pickup
If Dollar Dibs offers local pickup, eligible orders will show that option at checkout or in the product listing.
Pickup instructions, location details, and available pickup times will be provided after your order is placed.
Items Returned to Sender
If an order is returned to Dollar Dibs because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you about next steps.
Additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be reshipped.
